The Witness &
The Four Behaviors

A Guided Course in the Art of Self-Healing

Join Dr. Node in an intimate 12-week journey of self-care, self-love, and self-exploration.

This course is a guided, relational experience — designed to feel less like a program and more like a series of thoughtful, one-on-one sessions — as you interact with the principles and practices of The Witness & The Four Behaviors.

My life is dedicated to serving healing at the deepest level possible.

Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more information about health and healing.

What I hear, again and again, is a different question:

How do I integrate all of this into my actual life?

This course exists to help you live into that question — kindly, honestly, and over time.

Course Overview

This 12-week course explores a different approach to healing — one that begins with understanding rather than effort.

Drawing from The Witness & The Four Behaviors, the course examines how deeply held beliefs, identifications, and habitual ways of orienting shape our experience of suffering. Through guided insight and facilitated inquiry, participants are invited to see how these patterns operate — and how their relationship to them can change.

Each week introduces a focused inquiry drawn from the book and from clinical experience, offering practical ways to explore awareness, orientation, and choice — not as goals to achieve, but as capacities that emerge when struggle is no longer the organizing principle.

The emphasis is not on fixing yourself or becoming someone different, but on seeing more clearly — and allowing that clarity to change how you relate to the content of your inner and outer life.

A New Orientation to Everyday Behavior

Seeing Eating Differently

Exploring eating not as a nutritional strategy, but as a primary way we relate to need, impulse, control, and care. Eating becomes a window into how we listen to the body — and how often we override it.

Seeing Thinking Differently

Recognizing thinking as a behavior rather than an authority. As identification with thought softens, clarity and choice begin to emerge without the need to control or suppress mental activity.

Seeing Movement Differently

Looking at movement beyond exercise or performance, and into how the body expresses pace, pressure, resistance, and rest. Movement reveals how we meet effort, urgency, and the felt demand to keep going.

Seeing Relating Differently

Examining how we relate — to others, to circumstances, and to ourselves — and how these patterns quietly shape suffering and connection. Relating becomes a place where awareness meets responsibility without self-abandonment.

Practical Details

Who is this Course For?

This course is designed for people who are already interested in self-healing and personal inquiry, and who are drawn to understanding their experience more deeply rather than fixing or improving themselves. It is especially supportive for those who are familiar with holistic or alternative medicine, but are looking for "something more," or have a sense of confusion trying to "put all the pieces together."

How is the course structured?

The course unfolds over 12 weeks, with each week introducing a focused inquiry drawn from the book and from clinical experience. Content is released gradually to support reflection and integration, rather than rapid consumption. Participants are encouraged to move at a pace that allows understanding to settle and mature over time.

What does participation involve?

Participation includes engaging with written and/or recorded material, reflection prompts, and facilitated inquiry practices introduced in the course. There is no requirement to perform, share publicly, or “keep up.” The emphasis is on honest engagement rather than completion or productivity.

Is this course self-paced or guided?

The course is structured and facilitated, but not monitored or graded. You will be guided through the material week by week, while remaining responsible for how deeply and in what way you engage. There is no expectation of constant presence or ongoing interaction.

Do I need prior experience or training?

No prior experience is required. However, the course is best suited for those who are open to self-inquiry and willing to question familiar patterns of thinking, relating, and self-understanding.

How do I access the course?

Once enrolled, you will receive access through our existing patient platform, where all course materials are hosted. Details for access and support will be provided immediately after registration.

If this feels like the right moment to explore your relationship to healing in a different way, I'm inviting you to step in.

I’m Dr. Node, a naturopathic doctor, counselor, and guide whose work is grounded in curiosity, honesty, and kindness. Over the years, my focus has shifted from fixing problems to understanding the deeper patterns that shape suffering and healing. I’m interested in how insight — when it’s lived rather than understood intellectually — can quietly reorganize the way we relate to ourselves and our lives. This course grew out of that orientation, and from years of conversations with people asking how awareness becomes something real.
